On Friday we decided to go to the Zoo. We got up early so that we could get there when they first opened. Jason and Chelsea came and brought four children so all together we had eight children. Surprisingly it went very well. All four of use were pushing a stroller and Samantha was walking but everyone had a great time. Brad and I were worried that it would rain like it had done all week but we had a great day. It was the best weather and it wasn't to busy. The kids had a ton of fun.

We went to the bird show. Alivia loved seeing all of the birds. After the show Brad got a great picture of this Eagle in front of the flag.

Samantha and Madison loved playing at the playground. Alivia fell asleep before we got to the playground. She was so worn out.

I have to vent for a few minutes. I had a great weekend but I was hoping to get so much more done with my backyard. I started on it on Friday and was getting so excited because something was getting done. Well on Saturday my husband started to till my garden but he couldn't finish it because we needed supplies at Home depot. By the time we got back it was too late to do anything. So I figured I would do a lot more on Monday when Brad was off. Well Saturday night and all Sunday it rained, so by the time Monday came around it was too wet to do anything in the backyard. Here is some pictures of what my back yard looks like. Unfortunately both my husband and my father-in law had to hear all about it. To tell you the truth they have been hearing about it for the last few months. They are both sweat to do as much as they did. I need to learn patience. So I am going to try to sit back and realize that things don't happen all at once. I'm hoping I can post some more pictures soon that show a backyard done.

Dinosaur museum

Oakley was having his birthday party at the farm in Thanksgiving point so we decided to go a few hours early and go to the dinosaur museum. I went a few years ago without the girls but I loved this time because I enjoyed seeing the girls get so excited about everything that they saw. With Samantha being in Kindergarten she amazed me what she knew.

The girls loved playing in the sand and water area. If we would let them they would stay in their for hours. Alivia even loved it but once she grabbed the sand she wouldn't let it go.

I love these pictures of the girls on this dinosaur. Madison went over to sit on it and I was able to get a great picture. Samantha just followed what Madison was doing and they were both adorable.

Madison wouldn't get near this big sharks mouth but Samantha got in front of it long enough for me to get a few pictures. She was a good sport about it because it was pretty scary. I love this picture with Brad and Alivia. It looks like he is feeding Alivia to the shark. Look at his face he looks so proud of himself. Madison would let Brad lift her up near this smaller shark but only after Samantha did it first. Check out their faces it's great. We had such a great day that more then likely we will go back soon.

Oakley's Birthday party

This at Oakley's Birthday party at the farm in Thanksgiving point. The girls loved petting all the animals. Rachel gave them each their own bandanna to wear. They loved this because they were now cowgirls.

I thought Alivia would be scared of the horses and cows but surprisingly she wasn't. She wanted grab them and pet them.

Samantha and Madison enjoyed feeding all of the animals. Madison wouldn't let the animals feed from her hand but she would throw the food near them and watch them eat it. Samantha on the other hand really liked that they ate it from her hand.

Samantha and Madison loved brushing and riding the pony's. They liked that they could get this close to this pony so they could brush it.

Samantha and Madison really like feeding these ducks and geese. They kept going back to them to feed them. We found this sheep statue and decided to put the kids on it. Alivia was to interested in the ears of the sheep to look at me. I was to scared of her falling off that this was the best picture that I could get.

They had so much fun riding the pony's that we had to get more tokens and ride again. Thanks to my uncle David I didn't have to buy any tokens. He saw us their and gave us two tokens. Samantha loved it their that she now wants to have her birthday party their too. Her birthday is in November so that might not work but we'll see. We had a fun and exciting day.

Alivia is eating hay from the swimming pool that was full of candy. She didn't want to grab the candy she wanted the hay.

This picture of the girls in the cage is at the end of the day. They are so goofy. They are on a series sugar high. I would like to say that they crashed in the car after this but they didn't. They jabbered all the way home about how much fun they had.
