Finally outside time

Yeah, we get to go outside! Samantha and Madison have been wanting to go outside for weeks now, but the weather has been so bad lately. Well, last weekend we started to put up the swing set and ever sense then the girls just want to go outside. This the first time Alivia has been in the swing and she seems to love it but you have to push it all the time.

Moab 2009

This year we went to Moab for a full week. We always go during the jeep safari so its very busy but we love it. Samantha loved going off roading with her dad. Madison tolerated all the bumps but when ever we were going up something hard she wanted to get out and walk. I was fine with that because when she said she wanted to get out was about the time I also wanted to get out. This was Alivia's first year going to Moab and she slept most of the time. When she wasn't sleeping she was on my lap loving every minute of it.

Gemini Bridges

Gemini Bridges

On Tuesday we went to the top of Gemini Bridges. I really liked seeing it but it scared me being that high up with the kids running around. On Thursday we went back to the top but then we went to the bottom to see up from the bottom. On Tuesday Oakley's shoe fell off and fell all the way to the bottom so Thursday Brad, Jason and Chelsea decided to climb up and see if they could find his shoe. It was to bad because they couldn't but they had fun trying. The girls were trying to find caves and places to hide. Alivia was laying on the ground and loving every minute of it. She was being her happy self. I think she liked getting out of the truck and get some fresh air.

Kane Creek

Kane Creek

We went to Kane Creek on Friday. Brad and John wanted to stop for lunch were they stopped last year because it was right by the stream and they liked that it was under a cliff area. But before we could stop and eat we got behind the Jeep Safari so we decided to turn around and go back a ways to the stream and eat lunch. The kids didn't want to eat they were having to much fun learning how to skip rocks in the water. Greg was trying to teach Samantha to skip rocks. Jenna was trying to get Greg wet by throwing huge rocks in the water. Once the girls saw that, they thought that was great fun. Jason built a bridge with rocks and the girls were going back and forth from one side to the other. Greg had to catch Madison a few times to get her to the other side.
